Granit Detecto X-Plus 8000

Het nieuwe elektronische schijfremslot van ABUS schrikt dieven tweevoudig af: de degelijke, mechanische constructie boezemt al ontzag in, en dit wordt ook nog eens gecombineerd met een gevoelig alarm. Met het afsluiten van het slot wordt de positie automatisch elektronisch bepaald. Vanaf nu gaat bij elke beweging van de motor en/of verandering van de stand van het slot het alarm af met ruim 100 db. Het lelijke schijfrem vergeet kabeltje hoeft ook niet meer gebruikt te worden want het neveneffect van dit alarm is een handige: niemand vergeet meer vóór wegrijden zijn schijfremslot te verwijderen.

Bij grof geweld biedt het geharde slothuis samen met de speciale vergrendeling bescherming tegen betonschaar, hamer en zaag. Binnen in het edelstalen slothuis zit het elektronisch alarm en de ABUS XPlus cilinder veilig opgeborgen. Om de motorfiets aan de vaste wereld te bevestigen kan de Granit Detecto gecombineerd worden met een loop-ketting. Hierbij wordt het einde van de ketting door een schakel aan de andere kant gehaald en met het schijfremslot aan de motor vastgemaakt. Door zijn vormgeving is de Granit Detecto te gebruiken voor veel motorfietstypes. De sleutel met LED-verlichting vergroot het bedieningsgemak in het donker.
